Wellness Visits

In addition to physical therapy services, I offer wellness appointments for individuals who are looking improve their health, fitness, and wellness with a physical therapist, but who don't need treatment for a medical condition or injury.

Wellness visits establish a program of exercises and activities to improve flexibility, strength, conditioning, agility, and sports-specific movements that aren't related to a medical condition or injury. Wellness visits can also be a great way to gradually return to your routine when you have completed your physical therapy.

Wellness visits are a cash-pay service as the majority of insurance companies will not pay for maintenance, wellness, or preventative care. Individual situations will be considered if your particular health plan does cover such services.

There is no minimum or maximum to these visits. If a medical condition or injury arises during the course of your wellness visits, you may be required to seek medical attention by a physician and be cleared for continued participation in such visits. It may also mean that subsequent visits may need to be under “Physical Therapy” services if you require treatment or intervention to address the condition or injury.

Rates for Wellness visits are (ask about volume discounts):

  • $150 for 60 minute visits (Required for first appointment to complete baseline assessment)
  • $115 for 45 minute visits
  • $75 for 30 minute visits

Strength and Conditioning

Improve your strength and overall health using our state-of-the-art gym equipment including: treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, stair-climbers, TRX, BOSU, Pilates reformer, medicine balls, exercise balls, resistance bands, foam rollers, free weights, kettlebells, and more.

I also develop programs focusing on body weight and minimal equipment requirements. These programs are ideal for people without gym memberships, busy individuals, or those who travel frequently.

Agility and Sports Training

Improving your jumping ability, speed, and footwork are common needs that are central to most sports. Whether you want to train in your off-season or are looking for more variety in your training, we can customize a program to fit your needs. By addressing common errors in training and recovery, we can work on preventing injuries common to your particular sport or activity. I love to work with athletes of all ages!
