After thorough examination, a custom exercise program will be established to work on any deficits in range of motion, strength, balance/proprioception, posture, and neuromuscular function. You will work one-on-one with me through various exercises working on proper form. I will also create a home exercise program so that you can progress between visits and become more independent with self-management.
Tape can be an excellent tool whether you are seeking immediate results or helping to improve a debilitating condition. Tape is safe to use on adolescents, the elderly, and for non-athletic purposes.
